*March 1: Schedule Change
-7am WODs are moving from Mon/Wed/Fri To Tues/Thurs. There will no longer be 7am WODs on Mon/Wed/Fri.
-Dont forget about our 530pm WODs on MONDAY & WEDNESDAY! Friday will be a combined WOD @ 6pm, rather than having a 530 & 7p.
*March 11: March On-Ramp Begins!
-March Session of On-Ramp Begins! Get your friends/family signed up for our awesome program developed to introduce ANYONE and EVERYONE to the CrossFit Program properly! 3 workouts per week for 1 month!

*March 24: Last day of Paleo Challenge
