*Warmup= 2 rounds, 10 reps: Samson stretch, kb swing, box jump, pullup. 5 minutes of jumprope/double-unders.
*WOD= 10 rounds, 2 reps: Deadlift (go heavy) 30-60 sec. rest between rounds.
After short rest perform Tabata Squats.
