* What are we?
We are a functional fitness program for kids; elements of fitness are present in daily life such as our nature to squat and pick up, play sport, and work. We prepare and educate kids for the rigors of daily life by recognizing 10 general skills (Cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, power, speed, flexibility, agility, accuracy, balance, and coordination) in a playful and interactive, yet, challenging environment. Your child will learn various olympic lifting techniques and body weight exercises, which are randomly incorporated into a Workout Of the Day (WOD). See an example below of a typical day at Kids Evolutions!

Skill Work: 10 - air squats, front squats, overhead squats, deadlifts, *new* kipping pullups
WOD: As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 minutes
pack: 25 box jumps =>10 pullups
puppies: 15 box jumps => 5 pulups
