A) 1 Press Complex EMOM for 7 minutes
*1 Press complex = 1 Clean – 1 Shoulder Press – 3 Push Press – 5 Push Jerk
** Do not set bar down until complex is finished
***Start @ 75% Shoulder Press 1RM
B) 9 Minute running clock
1 Sit-up
2 Wallballs @ 20, 14
3 Sit-ups
4 Wallballs
5 Sit-up
6 Wallballs
and so on…..
