A.)  5 min max D/U

Every time you stop, complete 3 burpees

*Scaled Paleo Challengers…..Buy In 100 S/U  then max rep burpees with remaining time

B.) 5 x 3 Back Squats @ 65-75% of 1RM

Immediately follow each set with a 200m jog and 20 sit ups.

Rest at least 1 minute between rounds.

Record weight.
