Getting Started

If you are interested in in starting CrossFit with CFOTR, there are a few simple step that we ask you to take….

1. Contact Us to discuss your options. If you have questions about who we are and what we do, we can set up a time to meet, and run through a introductory workout. If you just want to get started, see #2…….

2. Enroll in On-Ramp. On-Ramp is our way of bringing you up to speed with our regular classes. It is a 4 week / 8-10 class session that includes detailed instruction on the basic movements of CrossFit, evaluation of your fitness levels, as well as some tough workouts. Classes are usually around 7-10 people, taught by a Level I Certified CrossFit Coach. 

3. Join the fam! You can find more membership info here.

CFOTR is a strong community of like minded folks that will welcome you to each workout, and encourage you through each workout. Our regular classes typically run from 8-12 members.

1. If you are an experienced CrossFitter (L1 certified or 6 mos. of training under a L1 coach) and would like to jump right into our regular programming, we ask that you still contact us and set up a 1-time, free meeting with a coach to evaluate or discuss your options.
