    I think I shorted myself on the back squat; I had a 45 lb bar with 15 lbs on each side (30) for a total of 75! yeah!

    A) 75# (same as last time. I need to increase this to 85# next time we do it).

    B) 3 +1 Rx. A HUGE improvement since I couldn’t do wall walks at all last time. I can do them Rx now. :-)
